When things are moving, I have found it challenging to Live with Presence. When things are moving, I am easily distracted, I am easily triggered, and I tend to be reactive. With Awareness, I am able to Be, with Space, and observe each moment, Present. This is something I have been working with for quite some time and I have realized that, there are a variety of resources that support my Well Being,  depending on HOW I FEEL.
